By creating an account or using HomingSchool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

HomingSchool provides tools for parents and guardians to run Maths assessments for their children and to view reports and insights about their progress. We may update or improve the service over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account and use HomingSchool on behalf of your child or children.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Share account access outside your household without permission
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of HomingSchool are available only on paid plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method according to the plan you select.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account.
• Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials in HomingSchool are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a parent or guardian.

9. Disclaimers

HomingSchool is an educational support tool and does not replace professional teaching or formal school assessments. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or exam results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomingSchool and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the service and these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating this page and, where appropriate, through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
